Our History
Originally called Grand Junction Community Homeless Shelter, a coalition of agencies and individuals came together in 1998 to address Western Colorado’s critical need for overnight wintertime shelter for homeless individuals and families. Now, HomewardBound of the Grand Valley is an independent nonprofit leading the community in responding to poverty, food insecurity and homelessness.
