Future Plans for The Unhoused Resource Center

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO) - HomewardBound recently updated the community on the progress of the Unhoused Resource Center. The Resource Center has around 16 months left on planned operations and we wanted to ask HomewardBound officials if they had any plans for the future of the center.

Officials at HomewardBound tell us there is no concrete plan—yet. At the moment, they are working to define what a Resource Center 2.0 project looks like. They are still in the planning and developmental phases and are working with members of the Mesa County Collaborative for the Unhoused organization, city partners, other nonprofits, and the community.
